Screw-Top Aluminum Tins
When a threaded closure is worth the extra cost — and when it is not.
A screw-top lid is chosen when a resealable, threaded closure matters for the product, and when the lid must be opened and closed more than once. Choose the lid by container opening diameter first, then by lid height, and confirm the fit with a sample on the actual container. Do not assume a lid fits a particular box only because the diameters look close.
- Suits liquids and anything shipped by air
- Needs a thicker wall than a slip lid
- Liner options for food and cosmetic contact

Confirm the chosen lid with a sample before bulk production. The standard MOQ is 5,000 pcs per SKU, samples usually take 3–7 days, and bulk production usually takes 15–20 days after sample approval.

How do I choose a screw-top lid size?
Match the lid diameter to the container opening first, check the lid height second, and confirm the fit with a sample on the actual container.
What is the MOQ for screw-top tins?
The standard MOQ is 5,000 pcs per SKU. Smaller trial orders may be available depending on the product, so confirm volume before ordering.
How long do screw-top tins take?
Bulk production is 15–20 days after sample approval. Sample production usually takes 3–7 days, and custom mold development typically adds 7–15 days before mass production.
